Govt Plans to Introduce AI-based Digital Education in Telangana

Hyderabad: The School Education department in Telangana is poised to undergo significant reforms through the strategic integration of artificial intelligence.

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the Education department has committed to leveraging AI and digital initiatives to elevate the quality of school education. Innovative programs will be implemented to improve learning methodologies and enhance technological standards for students.

As part of the endeavour, a high-level delegation led by State Education Secretary Dr Yogita Rana visited the Bangalore-based Ex-Step Foundation on Thursday.

The Ex-Step Foundation is a pioneer in enhancing educational quality standards among students by introducing digital methods in the education sector.

The delegation includes State Intermediate Education Commissioner Krishna Aditya, Director EV Narasimha Reddy, Assistant Collectors Uma Aarti and Garima, and others.

The foundation is already working with the respective State governments in the States of Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu.

The delegation from the Telangana Education department met with representatives of ExStep-Foundation in Bangalore and discussed various initiatives to be taken in the education sector.

Telangana is formulating a comprehensive plan to introduce this AI-based education in partnership with the Ex-Step Foundation.

The plan is being developed in the areas of digital initiatives, enhancing learning skills at the primary level, and providing assistance in friendly learning methods for students and teachers.
